Technology partner for growing companies

Together with you, we build and grow the systems, B2B platforms and apps your company runs on, and we take responsibility for them. You see the first version within weeks. After that we keep moving in regular cycles, on a budget you can predict.

Someone is finally accountable for technology in your company. You don't have to understand it or keep an eye on it.

You get a first working version within weeks. Then we grow it in regular cycles, on a budget you know up front and that doesn't have to be big.

What we build

Three kinds of products, one way of working.

The first weeks

What happens in the first four weeks and what every cycle after looks like.

  1. Week 1

    Goal, mockup, scope

One conversation about where the company is headed. A few days later you click through a mockup and get the scope and price of the first version.

  2. Weeks 2 to 3

    First version in your hands

A working version is already running on your data. Your team clicks it, we watch and adjust.

  3. Week 4

    Rollout and training

The product goes to the people who will use it every day. Training, fixes, first results.

  4. Every cycle after

    The next step, regularly

A predictable budget, a new piece each cycle, a decision each cycle. The product grows at the pace of your company, without a final deadline.

How we work

From a conversation to a working product in weeks, then a steady rhythm of growth.

You don't need a specification for everything. You need a clear goal, a first version within weeks and a partner who keeps taking the next step.

  1. 01

    A conversation about the goal

Not about features. About what should be different in your company in a month, in six months and in two years. We tell you honestly whether we're the right partner.

  2. 02

A mockup and the scope of the first version

Within days you click through a mockup and know what goes into the first version and what waits for the next cycles. You know what you're buying and what it costs.

  3. 03

    A first version within weeks

The first working version of the product lands in your company within two to four weeks. Not a prototype: a product people use from day one.

  4. 04

The next step, in regular cycles

An ongoing partnership with a predictable budget. In each cycle we plan the next piece together, deliver it and look at what it changed. That's how AIG4 for Grow4u grew: from a first version to an ecosystem, step by step. With Carted we've worked in this rhythm for a third year.

Who's behind it

A small team. One point of responsibility.

ITMakeovers was founded in 2022 in Bydgoszcz by Maciej Motławski to be the technology partner he'd want himself: someone who understands the business, says what makes sense and is accountable for the result. Today a team of five works by the same method. No handovers between departments, no account managers in between.

Meet the team

Who it's for

We don't work with everyone. On purpose.

A good fit

  • You're a service, manufacturing, distribution or B2B company building an advantage on your own software
  • You have real processes and cash flow, typically PLN 3M+ in revenue or a team of six or more
  • You want to grow the product step by step in an ongoing partnership, not order everything at once
  • You have no technical person in-house and want someone to take it off your plate

Not a fit

  • You need a website or a B2C online shop
  • You have a finished year-long specification and just need hands to code it
  • The lowest price is your first criterion
  • You're a personal brand or a one-person business
Questions

Questions we hear most often

How long does the first version take and what do I get after a month?

We ship the first working version of the product in two to four weeks. Not a prototype and not a mockup: a product your team or your customers use from day one. We agree the scope of the first version together, after a conversation and a clickable mockup.

I don't know exactly what I need. Is that a problem?

No. In the age of AI nobody can define the perfect scope up front and we don't expect you to. A clear business goal is enough. The scope grows with the product: in every cycle we plan the next step based on what already works.

How does payment work?

We work in an ongoing partnership with an agreed, predictable budget that doesn't have to be big to show the first results. For the first version you pay the price we agree after the mockup, then for each next step as we go, in regular cycles.

What about the system, spreadsheet or software we already use?

We don't replace working tools just to build everything from scratch. We integrate with what you have and replace only what blocks your growth.

Who will I work with, and what if someone leaves?

You talk directly to the team that builds your product, with no account managers in between. The knowledge about your company lives in documentation and in the system, not in one person's head. That's what a technology partner means: we take responsibility for continuity.

Do you build mobile apps too?

Yes. Astoria Business Club is on the App Store and Google Play, Munchies on Google Play. We build mobile apps the same way as systems: a first version within weeks, then regular growth.

Next step

Tell us where you want to be. You'll see the first version within weeks.

A few questions, two minutes. Enter your company's tax ID (NIP) and we'll fill in the rest. If we're a good fit, you'll book a call right away.

When do you want to start?
