We talk about outcomes, not technology
You won't hear about frameworks unless you ask. You'll hear what will change in the company, by when, and what we're accountable for.
We build digital products together with the companies that own them, and we take responsibility for what they achieve. Since 2022, from Bydgoszcz.

ITMakeovers started in 2022 with one person and one ambition: to be on people's phones, to genuinely support businesses and to make work in Polish companies better. Not with technology for its own sake, but with tools people actually want to open.
We didn't start with systems. The first jobs were websites, then online stores. Each one taught us something about how companies really work: where orders get stuck, what people write down on paper, which spreadsheet the whole business depends on. The team grew with the projects, and the projects grew with us: from websites, through online stores, to systems and mobile apps.
At some point we had the scale and the skills to choose. For a few years now we've been doing only what we want to do and what we do best: systems, B2B platforms and mobile apps that a company runs on every day. Order flow for a used-clothing importer, a B2B platform for a fruit and vegetable distributor, the sponsors' app of a top-league basketball club, an ordering app for robotic food kiosks, an ecosystem for M&A transactions.
Along the way we learned what actually makes these projects succeed. Not a longer specification. A partner who knows the client's business so well that one sentence is enough to build the next module, and who is accountable for whether it works. That's what we are today: a small team that takes a company's technology on its shoulders and treats its product as our own.
You won't hear about frameworks unless you ask. You'll hear what will change in the company, by when, and what we're accountable for.
In the age of AI nobody can define the perfect scope up front. We ship a working first version in two to four weeks and learn on a real product. Before that you click through a mockup, so you know what you're buying.
We work in ongoing partnerships with a predictable budget. One sentence from you, like "I want to see which orders will get stuck", is enough to plan the next piece.
We turn down websites, B2C shops and price-first projects. It keeps us focused on companies where we can make a real difference.

Founder, product and architecture
Founder of ITMakeovers. He is responsible for making sure the system a client receives solves a concrete problem in their company: he leads the first conversation and the "System in 2 hours" workshop, where a company's process turns into a clickable mockup in one sitting, designs the architecture and keeps each stage of development anchored to what matters most in the client's business. He has been hands-on in Grow4u, Astoria Business Club, Carted, Angora, Nowalijka, Knelsen and the Idea Nieruchomości CRM from day one. He works in stages: first the feature that gives the client the most, then further cycles at the pace the company sets.
Project delivery and client care
Magda looks after our clients and their projects. Day to day she is one of the first points of contact for the companies we work with, and she makes sure every decision turns into a concrete plan, a date and a budget. She stays in constant contact with the engineering team, keeping information flowing simply and the project under ongoing control.

Software engineering
Adam builds software shaped around the way your company actually works: systems for handling clients, orders and documents. He turns a design into a working tool in which every employee sees what they need, and you have full visibility into what is going on. He connects it to the software you already use, such as accounting, KSeF e-invoicing or online payments, so nobody has to retype data by hand. He delivers a modern, fast and secure solution that can grow together with the company. Where it pays off, he uses artificial intelligence: it takes over repetitive tasks, quickly organises large amounts of information and helps serve clients.
Software engineering, mobile apps and panels
Paweł takes responsibility for the product a client puts into the hands of its own customers, from the first screen through to payment: a mobile app, a panel, a store. He built the Munchies app from the ground up, where a customer picks from the menu, pays through Tpay and collects the order at the kiosk, then the product feed panel and the Regardo platform for Carted, and in Astoria Business Club and AIG4 for Grow4u he keeps adding modules: business recommendations, a prediction game with a leaderboard, the kanban and the CRM record view with an AI report. He works in small steps: every change goes live on its own, so the client sees progress in days, not months.
Software engineering
Wojciech delivers our hardware-related projects, where software meets the physical world. Our network stays functional and secure thanks to his work. On a project he first refines both his own and the client's understanding of the problem until everybody is on the same page, and only then gets to the solution. He grows the systems our clients' companies run on every day and makes sure each change reaches them at a steady pace without breaking what already works.
